We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we've created a streamlined process to help you offer your consultation services to patients with ease. Our "How To" section will guide you through the entire process, from setting up your banking details to managing your appointments.

Once you have downloaded the E-Care app and logged in to your account, you can enter your banking details in the "My Banking Details" tab. This ensures that you receive prompt payments for your services.

Next, head over to the "Create or Modify Your Slots" tab in the Home tab. Here, you can easily create and manage your booking slots, making it easier for patients to find you when searching for healthcare providers. You can create multiple slots and modify them as needed.

When a patient books a consultation with you, it will appear on your homepage and in the "My Consultation" tab. You can accept the booking from either of these tabs. We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we've made it easy for you to initiate the video consultation with a single click.

After the consultation, you can send prescriptions, sick notes, and referral letters to your patients through the Home tab or the My Consultation tab. Additionally, you can communicate with your patients directly via the messaging system.

We understand that cancellations and refunds are a part of doing business, and our platform is designed to handle them seamlessly. If a patient cancels or is unsatisfied with the service, they will be refunded in full, and the payments made into your account will automatically be reversed.

In the "My E-Care" tab, you can view all your earnings and track your payments, making it easy to keep track of your finances.
