You can message your healthcare provider directly via the messaging tab, and all your prescriptions, referral letters, and sick notes are available for you to access in the "My E-Care" tab.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel your appointment. Our "Refund and Cancellation" tab ensures that you can easily cancel your appointment without any hassle. You can get a full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before your appointment. However, please note that we cannot refund any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.
