E-Care was founded in 2022 in South Africa with a mission to make healthcare accessible to all patients, even in resource-limited settings. We believe that everyone should have access to quality healthcare, regardless of their location or socio-economic status.

Our telehealth app connects patients with HPCSA certified healthcare providers, including general medical doctors, medical specialists (such as dermatologists and internists), allied healthcare providers (such as speech therapists and occupational therapists), and mental healthcare providers (such as psychiatrists and psychologists).

We understand that healthcare can be complicated and stressful, which is why we strive to make the process as seamless and convenient as possible. Our user-friendly app allows patients to easily create a comprehensive health profile, choose a healthcare provider that suits their specific needs, and book a virtual appointment that fits their schedule.

At E-Care, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and privacy. All communication between patients and healthcare providers is encrypted and stored securely, in accordance with HIPAA and POPIA regulations.
